In one of my earlier posts, I mentioned that MPI said that the Gleason estate has refused to release them to the public. I tried looking on the internet and so far, no progress. A real shame for everyone of us Honeymooners fans who want these episodes even though they are remakes.

It kind of pains me that said footage that I want is probably only two hours and change away from where I live. (I live in Bonita Springs, Florida.) I surprisingly stumbled upon Marilyn Gleason's address in Fort Lauderdale through the Internet but for obvious reasons, I will never contact her.

I hear ya, I hear ya. As much as we crave seeing the short color sketches, I do agree that respect of people's privacy is paramount (not to be confused with the same-named movie studio which is now connected with CBS).
