There's an episode of Ozzie and Harriet on the nostalgatv site called Clara's Ashtrays. I hadn't seen this episode before, and looked it up in an Ozzie and Harriet episode guide and couldn't find it. Does anyone know where this episode fits in the series. From what I can tell it looks like after Dave was married but before Ricky was.

I think I have this episode! but it isn't this title......I think it the one where Ozzie and Joe compete on hobbies.......where Joe seems to outshine Ozzie on being handy as a craftsman, when it turns out that all he can really make are ashtrays! LOL.

This episode is there is a craft show and Clara can't ever seem to sell anything at these shows. This year she makes all these ashtrays that don't really look like ashtrays. Doc Williams gets the idea to use them as clay pigeons. Doc, Joe and Ozzie have a great time shooting up Claras ashtrays. :)

I watched this episode on the Mill Creek 100-ep set. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I want to say it's "Women's Club Bazaar."

funny how some episodes do have similar themes that sometimes confuse me.

And BOY does Clara get MAD when she sees the guys using her ashtrays for target practice. If I remember correctly, she makes Joe make ashtrays...with a shotgun in her hand lol

I do vaguely recall Harriet and Clara doing something to those ashtrays. I'll have to go back and watch it again.

That site is great but I had that ep on 2 collections already.

Mary Jane Croft was a wonderful character actress.

It's on a DVD set put out by Passport. 5 DVD set with 20 eps total I believe.
