Since I'm bored and can't sleep, I just thought of all the random traditions we've started in our nine Thanksgivings on here.

2002 - Our first Thanksgiving at SO
2003 - The 5AM Tradition begins unplanned
2004 - "Stuffing" Avatars are first introduced
2005 - The famous "Thanksgiving Madness" is created
2006 - Joe (DA HOME GUY) makes his first of many Thanksgiving appearances
2007 - Watching 90's Nicktoons during the morning is added to our list of many Thanksgiving traditions
2008 - We start carefully watching and commentating over the hilariously random musicals from the parade
2009 - John Goodman pictures become a Thanksgiving staple

Wonder what's in store for THIS Thanksgiving.

Growing up we ALWAYS had dinner about 1-3PM, but the past few years I've pushed for it to happen more towards the normal dinner hours just to extend the greatness. Probably a foolish thing to do considering my history of holding out on eating until I'm about to PASS OUT on Turkey Day.

Hunting LOL, I'm going to be heading out to my Aunt's probably between 5-7PM, no idea when I'll get back from that. Could be as early as 10 or as late as midnight-1AM.

Kinda makes you wonder if this place really will be around forever or not. I would be so devestated if all of our old threads and everything were to suddenly disappear one day. That would be like part of our childhood being wiped out.

LOL If the site ever did get that bad off, I'd buy it for sure.

I don't think it's doing that bad though, I just think less people are going to Chit Chat for whatever reason. It's not surprising that this place was filled with young people a decade ago since we grew up in the 90's, the era of NICK AT NITE. The kids today really aren't into old sitcoms like we were. :(

I think so, that was when we first started getting on MSN a lot and had those MASSIVE Chats that had like us, LUKE, Kelsey, Katie, Jack, Erin, and whatever members were passing through in those days.
