Capri Anderson Suing Charlie Sheen; Says He Grabbed Her Neck

Capri Anderson, the adult-film actress found in Charlie Sheen's Plaza Hotel room last month, says she's suing the actor over battery and false imprisonment.

Anderson plans to file a criminal complaint in New York, she said on Monday's "Good Morning America".




Recounting the night's events, Anderson, 22, said she was hired only to escort the "Two and a Half Men" star to dinner, but later retreated to his hotel room, where Sheen lost control.

"He was, from the beginning of the night, very loud and he had no hesitations when it came to using derogatory language or cuss words," she told ABC News.




Anderson said she heard Sheen snorting in the room and yelling racial slurs.

"But it wasn't until he put his hands around my neck that I really thought to myself, you have gotten yourself in a bad, bad situation," she said.

She said she locked herself in the bathroom, fearing for her life, and called for help.








Sheen was found intoxicated by police in the trashed hotel room and voluntarily checked in himself into a hospital for psychiatric evaluation. His rep attributed the daylong hospitalization to an "adverse allergic reaction" to medication.





Anderson said she's taking action because she doesn't want to "stand down and be completely walked over."

"It's not right to hurt people. It's not right to scare people," she said. "It's not right to carry on with such disregard for the people around you."





Yale Galanter, Sheen's attorney, denied Anderson's allegations.

"Ms. Capri never made any allegation of wrongful conduct on the part of Mr. Sheen the night of the incident," he said in a statement.

"She has posted on her website that she was 'fine' after the incident but if you wanted to see more of her enter the website for money. We will defend this lawsuit vigorously and will never pay her a dime.

These allegations against Mr. Sheen are completely false, and are a blatant attempt to cash in on his celebrity."





Anderson's full interview will air on "Nightline" Monday at 11:35/10:35c on ABC.

I have never liked Charlie Sheen.

And is it just me or is the hypocrisy surrounding this event angering anyone else? It's kind of accepted that this guy behaves horribly and treats women like dogs (and I don't care what her profession is, NO ONE deserves to be treated that way) because he's seen like a "roguish" guy who just gets a little out of hand once in a while.

B.S. This behavior is disgusting and to have him on a sitcom in a family hour is outrageous (leaving aside the fact that the show itself is misogynist and unfunny). I hope he is prosecuted to the full extent of the law. :mad:

^ I agree 100% - I have never liked that show. It's lewd, crude, crass, and misogynistic. I did like Charlie Sheen's performances in the Major League and Hot Shots movies but I've never been impressed with him as a human being...and don't understand why women keep falling at his feet. He needs SERIOUS help!!

Charlie Sheen Countersues Capri Anderson, Alleges Extortion

Charlie Sheen has countersued Capri Anderson, claiming that the adult-film actress tried to extort him for $1 million after their encounter in a New York hotel room, according to People.

"This case involves a shakedown and extortion of the internationally known actor and celebrity Charlie Sheen ... by an opportunist pornographic film star and publicity-hungry scam artist," the lawsuit states.





The lawsuit, which was filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, further claims that Anderson (real name: Christina Walsh) "fabricated a sensational tale about being assaulted, battered and held against will" and then threatened tell the media "her false tale" if the Sheen didn't pay.





Anderson filed a criminal complaint against the actor earlier Monday, accusing him of battery and false imprisonment.


Anderson's attorney, Keith M. Davidson, denies that his client tried to extort Sheen.

"It's a blatant attempt by them to muddy the waters and confuse the situation," he told People. "They are throwing a bunch of mud at the wall and hoping something will stick."

I am NOT here to defend Tricks, Johns or Any Type of Unwarranted Violence against Man OR Woman. It's just so sickenly OBVIOUS that Today's celebrity is first EXTORTED, then if that doesn't work, dragged into court everytime he or she so much as farts. Then it's in the news for weeks, over shadowing the REAL problems that afflict our country. how she can claim that this was a platonic relationship seems a pretty far stretch to me - she is a porn actress alone in a hotel room with Charlie Sheen - what else would she be there for if not being paid for sex? ...and she obviously knew about Charlie Sheen's reputation because she "played" a prostitute servicing Charlie Sheen in an adult video not 6 months before this incident happened.

Sheen Drops Extortion Lawsuit

Charlie Sheen has dropped his extortion lawsuit against the adult actress who alleged he was violent towards her last year.



Capri Anderson, also known as Christina Walsh, was at the centre of a Sheen scandal back in October when cops were called to the star's suite at The Plaza hotel in New York amid reports of a disturbance.

She alleged the former "Two and a Half Men" star was violent and trashed the room before he was hospitalized suffering "an adverse allergic reaction to medication".

The furious actor later accused her of stealing his watch and filed a lawsuit alleging Anderson attempted to extort him with her claims. However, he is said to have dropped the lawsuit on Friday.



Anderson's lawyer, Keith Davidson, tells the New York Daily News, "She is pleased the litigation is over. She has moved on with her life and other endeavours."
