On Saturday, I'm meeting up with family and friends for my brother-in-law's surprise 30th birthday party! Sunday is church. In between, getting work done for my class.

More than likely...decorating my apartment.

Doing a lot of cleaning for Turkey Day (Gobble Gobble) - my favorite holiday - and preparing some cal-reduced versions of my favorite dishes.

And just some general relaxing and I plan to watch a movie with Rick Nelson in it. All in all, a very nice weekend plan (I hope)

On Saturday night I plan on watching the movie The King Steps Out at a local theater that shows films from the Golden Age of Hollywood.

Instead of going to see my family in Clinton (my hometown) like every weekend, I'm going to stay in the apartment and chill. My little cousins are going, tho, for only a day.
Please pray for my uncle. He's in the hospital. Has been since Monday. :(

A buddy of mine books bands here and tonight he talked me into working the door for him(well I do get free drinks out of the deal), and its his wife's birthday party as well.


Other than that all I am doing this weekend is reading.

Saturday A.M. going out for breakfast with my Sister and Brother-in-law and my Dad. Sunday A.M. Church. Everything else is wide open.

It looks like it will be a wet weekend, so I won't be going out much. Probably just to get the traditional Saturday evening pizza, a tradition going back to the late-'70s or early-'80s.

Maybe go for a quick bike ride if the weather breaks long enough and it's not too cold (for me, "cold" is anything below 55 degrees F).
