"Hookers: Saved on the Strip" -- Yep, it's a Show

You guys may not pay as much attention to Investigation Discovery as much as you do to other cable channels, but you might want to check out "Hookers: Saved on the Strip".




The description of "Hookers: Saved on the Strip" (Dec. 8 at 10PM) reads like the plot of a B-movie:

Annie Lobert, a former call-girl, trolls the streets of Las Vegas looking to save prostitutes through her faith-based organization Hookers for Jesus. With the Church at South Las Vegas backing her, Lobert established the Destiny House, a sort of halfway house for prostitutes.

At Destiny House, Lobert strives to provide a safe environment for these women restarting their lives.





The series will not only follow Lobert as she works to help three women rebuild their lives outside of prostitution, but it will also document Lobert's life with her husband, Oz Fox, the lead guitarist of Stryper, a heavy metal Christian rock band.
