Hey, has anybody ever noticed any music numbers that where brought over from I Love Lucy and reused in The Lucy Show? If so, what were they and what episodes were they used in in both ILL and TLS? Here are ome I noticed.

Glowwarm: Lucy Ricardo played this on her tuba in the opening scene of the I Love Lucy episode "The Saxephone" in Season 2. In the Lucy show Lucy Carmichael played it in the pagent show in the second Ethel Merman episode in Season 2. I forget the name of that episode but, Lucy Carmichaels version sounded almost exactly like Lucy Ricardo's version.

Have You Seen My Gal: Lucy Carmichael sang this in the episode "Lucy's Colage Reunion. In I Love Lucy Lucy Ricardo sang this at the club at the end of the episode "Ricky Loses His Voice" in season 2.

Tiptoe Through The Tulips: Viv and Mr. Mooney sang this in the episode mentioned above. I can't remember if Fred and Ethel sang it in ILL.

By the light of the silvery moon: In ILL this song I think was used in the episodes "The Benefit" Season 1 and "The French Revue" Season 3. In TLS this number was used in "Lucy's Barbershop Quartet" Season 1.

What other numbers from ILL do you think was used in TLS and which episodes in both shows?

An additional question, would they have had to pay for music rights only once, if a song is used in both ILL and TLS? Actually I have no idea if such songs would be that big a deal to use.
