Just relax relax relax over the weekend. Planning what to have for Thanksgiving - trying to strike a good middle ground - no deprivation but no eating marathons either. Am going to try a few Weight Watcher ideas to keep the carbs & sat fat under control.

I'm going to try hard to make some progress on my research paper this weekend.

Going to the Steeler vs Patriots game on sunday night. Other than that just relaxing.

I have to go to Stan Hewitt Hall tomorrow because my old man insisted that I go!
