Dave Navarro to Rock on "One Tree Hill"

The "One Tree Hill" wardrobe department is about to need a whole lot more eyeliner.
According to Michael Ausiello, rocker Dave Navarro is set to appear as himself on the CW soap in an upcoming episode.
