"Days of Our Lives" Renewed for Two More Years

NBC has renewed "Days of Our Lives" for two more years.


Jeff Gaspin, the chairman of NBC Universal Television Entertainment, made the announcement Monday, saying the soap opera "continues to draw new generations of viewers, especially among its loyal female audience."

The new contract will take Days of Our Lives through September 2013.

I agree, Monika... we have to keep the few soaps we have left on the air for as long as possible...

I never got into this show, but I am glad to see they were smart enough to renew it for two more years.,

Daytime TV is the only worthwhile TV that is worth watching these days.

I've never watched DAYS but this is great news for all soap fans. I hope all of the remaining shows can keep holding on.

I know this is a little old, but it's still great news!!!!! After the demise of ATWT and GL (:crying:), this is now the only soap I watch daily.
