If you've been wondering why Katie hasn't been around much on "The Bold and the Beautiful", it may be because she's been doing some CBS drama series after dark.
Heather Tom appears on "The Mentalist" on Thu., Nov. 18.
Tom will be playing Marva, a witness to a triple homicide that involves two policemen and the fiancé of an EMT worker. The CBI is on the case, which mean Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) will be snooping around, irritating everyone, drinking tea and solving the crime.
