Do any Circleville residents post here? Is there "fear" about town? Are citizens afraid of Radcliff?? Did any posters rec. letters since apparently 1000's went out.......I think the writer lived in Circleville and worked in Columbus, dropping them off in a post box to get the Columbus stamping.
