Thought it might be a good idea to have a thread for UM-related "potpourri": not stuff that is exactly related to a UM case, etc., but that is broadly connected in some way.

Prompting me is a youtube parody of UM that is well worth a look, particularly for fans of 80s cartoons, in particular The Transformers. Someone has put together an Unsolved Mysteries take on the death of Optimus Prime. If you search for "unsolved mysteries optimus prime," you will find it.

Holy cow, on the one I'm watching, at 0:55, you need to see the "security camera" view. It looks just like the computer stuff the new UM people layered over the original footage. Who's making the 2008/2009 UM eppies? Looks like it could be 80s cartoon nerds. :P
