What is it with that red gingham midriff tie at the waist top and the blue denim capris? Maryann never wore that! Yet, this outfit (sometimes alternating with denim shorts) has become the Maryann staple costume. Even Halloween GI costumes feature it. Maryann wore a red gingham dress not a red gingham top.
