Sally Pressman, who stars in Lifetime's Army Wives, got more than a workout on Oct. 19 at Tracy Anderson's Studio in L.A: Her longtime boyfriend, Cougar Town's David Rogers, proposed to the actress at the studio.

"David got down on one knee," says Pressman's rep. "After an immediate 'yes', they embraced in a loving (and sweaty) hug."

Pressman, 29, and Rogers, 33, who met in Lesly Kahn's acting class, have been together for nearly five years. They're planning an August or September 2011 wedding. This will be the first marriage for both.
