I'm not sure on the names of anyone involved but there was a case I recalled watching where a family was driving along the highway and some crazy guy in a Camaro or similar began shooting at them and they all thought they survived and found their son had been shot. The son had covered his face with his teddy bear.

The murder occurred in 1997.

I don't have an account with Highbeam so I can't read the full articles on this case. All I gathered was that things were going great for the baby killer. Court misconduct caused his conviction to be overturned. At least back in 2005. I don't know what's going on with his case now. One of their articles says he was originally convicted in 2002.

Update: this dude is now terrorizing Ontario California, particularly my neighborhood & one of my neighbors who I am very good friends this.

I don’t want to get too into details but basically once he was released because his ruling was over turned, he tracked down my neighbor and they hung out for a while, “dated” if you could call it that with his ****ty attitude all the time.

Seriously this dude is crazy always wanting to know what she was doing and who she was with, hating her being with or around ANY guys. Basically started stalking her, and still is.

Supposedly, and these are HIS words that he told my neighbor, that he was already locked up when that murder was committed. I don’t believe that BS. I’ve seen him get violently. Nearly tried to punch out the car window one time.

My friend has had to put up with this A-Hole for a long time and she is sick of it. Like damn he scared her kid so much he went and is living with his dad away from the problems here. Meanwhile this dude is still coming around and preventing her from having a normal life. It has seriously caused my friend a lot of paranoia just because that’s how much he is terrorizing he. Basically like PTSD now.

Everyone has called the cops on this dude but somehow he knows them all. He got arrested one time and called my neighbor from
The back seat of the car while on the way to the station from a private number (most likely the officers phone) Like this crap never ends and this neighbor has been trying to get rid of him for only a year and a half! We have little kids all over the street and no one wants to see anything happen like before.

No matter what we do, cops, restraining orders nothing works he keeps coming back. She’s about to get kicked out of the house by her mother cause of this idiot. Like enough is enough already.

Just noticed this, thanks for posting ChaoticEmotions. So Alvie Williams is out of prison??? This guy shot at a car and killed an innocent two-year-old and he's out of prison. And now he's stalking and harassing this poor woman and the people in her neighborhood.

I had read earlier that the conviction had been overturned. However, the article only mentioned that this was done because of something that prosecutor said about the guy's temper. I mean, the guy looked just like the composite, was a Neo-nazi with an extensive criminal history, and the driver and other passenger in the car testified against him, what else do they need? Why would they not retry him? I feel terrible for Robert's family, seeing that his killer got away with it.

Are you sure it's not on Amazon? According to my records, it's Film Rise Season 10, Episode 4.

Edit: I checked and it is indeed missing. I'm currently working on definitive episode lists as the current ones are obviously not accurate.
