View Full Version : This story just creeped me out
JenniferS. 10-21-2010, 02:01 AM Do you all remember that story abouit that woman wendy and her sister inlaw and daiughter who suposedly disapeared after visitng her son jonathon. they were dropped off at a walmart i believe she had ms i think. Her sons father was Chad Know and his mother was beverly know and his gramdma i think was ida pruett. I can still here the grandma, "we had nothing to do with their disaperances I know this". and you have to put up with , i don't, she was just b****ing and gripping." Even freakier is that a couple years go I came across mug shots online on another forum of the mother and grandma they are in jail on an arson charge. scary. Its a shame they havent found wendy and her daughter and sister in law yet. :(
Apostapler 10-21-2010, 05:25 AM Hi there! We discuss this story a lot. Most of us believe that Chad Noe and his family killed Wendy Camp, Cynthia and Renee. Obviously they are a fine upstanding family
The legal trouble they've gotten themselves into just makes it easier to believe that they are capable of murder. I hope one day the bodies are recovered so they will face justice.
TheCars1986 10-21-2010, 07:14 AM Yeah the universal opinion of the board is that Chad Noe with the help of his family killed all three of them. Had no idea about the arson charge, I used to think the grandmother had nothing to do with it (just thought she was a mean old broad) but now I have to think twice.
RobinW 10-21-2010, 08:19 AM If you want to read up more on this case, this is an excellent thread, as Wendy Camp's sister stopped by the forum to offer her insights (she's even got that mug shot as her avatar). From what she tells us, UM barely even scratched the surface about what a scummy individual Chad Noe is. Apparently, while Wendy was recovering from MS, Chad was caught screwing an underage girl in the same hospital!

I think the saddest element of this case is that Wendy's daughter, Cynthia, had to become an innocent victim just by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Chad and his family obviously had this premeditated plan to murder Wendy and if they had any shred of decency whatsoever, they would have called the whole thing off when Cynthia came along and decided that killing a 6-year old child was just going too far  .
TracyLynnS 10-21-2010, 09:58 AM Yeah, that thread linked in post #4 is good. I can't believe the crazy Noe family. The old grannies were convicted of that unrelated arson but I think there were allegations of pimping and meth cooking or something, too. I think they killed those 2 ladies and Wendy's little girl. I just can't believe the bumbling idiots got away with it for so long.
JenniferS. 10-21-2010, 02:42 PM I had little bit of a diffrent perspective on this. I beleve those three Chad, Mom and Grandma hired someone to do it for them. After the mom dropped them off at Walmart the person they hired could have intercepted them in the parking lot before they got to close to the store and taken them off. The mom Beverly took a spacific route insteasd of the shorter route on purpose it seems. Don't you all think.

An interesting theory, but if they did do that, I doubt they would have dropped them off at Walmart. It's still daylight in a public place with lots of people around and getting someone else to grab the three women there would too much of a huge risk.
However, it is pretty hard to fathom that this white-trash family could dispose of three bodies that have remained undiscovered for 18 years without leaving any trace of evidence that a crime was even committed, so I am open to the "hiring a professional" idea.

Well my Walamrt has an empty lot near it. I don't know the surounding area of this one. I understand what your saying though.
I remember the report about the bones being found in that pond. Seems to me there was a followup saying they were male bones of some missing guys or hikers from the area.
TheCars1986 10-21-2010, 06:03 PM The thing that makes this even more cold and callous is the fact that it involved Lisa Kreagear and Cynthia the little girl. If Chad Noe & his family wanted Wendy out of the picture that bad why wouldn't they just wait for a time when Wendy was alone? I know Wendy's husband and family were suspicious of Chad (which is why her husband had his sister go along with her), and I really don't think Chad & his family expected Wendy to bring her other daughter and her sister-in-law. Talk about being at the wrong place at the wrong time. I just don't understand how someone could murder two people (Lisa and little Cynthia) when they have no rhyme or reason to do so. It's sick.
JenniferS. 10-22-2010, 12:41 AM It seems a big undertaking to overtake three people. it just seems that way to me. maybe they hired more than one person.

Not necessarily. Wendy was handicapped on one side of her body, Cynthia was six years old, and Lisa was only 120 lbs...a strong enough man could reasonably accomplish this.

Especially if he had a gun. That would definitely work for manipulation and control.
I think Chad was definitely involved in some way. Not just because he came off as a jerk in his interview, but the evidence puts both he and his family in a really negative position. Yick!
