Alot of good coaches will probably not want to coach for him, because he has to have his input in everything the cowboys do. He needs to hire a good coach and let him do what he's paying him to do. Imo Wade is JJs puppet.

Cowher, Gruden and Billick would be my top 3 coaches. A lot of fans want some young assistant as head coach but it will never work in Dallas with Jerry Jones. Anybody but a proven winner will just be another puppet coach.

I like Jerry personally and think he's a good owner but he's not a good gm. He needs to get a coach in there who's in charge. I can't stand it when Jerry talks about the team activities.
