I just wondered if there were any British Golden Girls fans on this forum. You'll probably know already that The Golden Girls returns to our screens courtesy of LivingTV on the 1st January at 3pm and 10.45pm - repeated at weekends. I've been campaigning at my site - http://www.the-goldengirls.com for a year now to have the show back in Britain so it's something wonderful to look forward to :happyface
I look forward to speaking to everyone on this forum, it looks like a friendly and vibrant community

I'm not from the UK, but I'm glad you guys have the GG's back! I guess I take it for granted that Lifetime has been showing the Girls for years now and shows no signs of stopping.
Nice site, BTW, I've been there several times!

I'm ecstatic about it coming back to the UK. I was also informed a few days ago that Channel 4 will also be repeating the show. It starts on 11th January at 4.20AM of all times! It's the Murder Mystery weekend episode that I've never seen so I'll definitely be programming my VCR to record it, lol!

Thanks a lot Kristen! It's amazing how the show just keeps on being so popular, just goes to show it's a classic comedy. Apparently there are many countries around the world now in a GG revival so it's still going strong and I think it always will :)
