(The Texas Rangers beat the NY Yankees 7-2.)

(Ralph is shown watching the TV. He is somewhat upset.)

(Ed comes in. He blows his nose.)

Ed: "Whaddaya say Ralph? That game stunk."

Ralph: "What else can you say? All I hope is that the Yankees better feel lucky that they won game 1. Now, the series shifts to New York. Oh, those Rangers are going to buckle under the pressure of playing in New York."

Ed: "Hey, when the Rangers lose the next three games, we can all sing: 'Happy Trails To You.'"

(Ralph laughs.)

Ralph: "Yes, when the Yankees go to the World Series, we are going to throw a party that is so loud that Miami Beach is going to hear it."

(Audience cheers.)

Ralph: "Hey, even when the Yankees WIN the World Series, we ought to throw a party just to tick off that BUM Garrity. He is going to be so upset at the fact that a team he despises won a World Series."

Ed: "That poor, misguided soul Joe Fenstablau will be upset too. The Yankees should win another championship just to tick off Joe."

Ralph: "Yes, you are right Norton."

(The two sing a song about the Yankees winning titles.)

(Jackie Gleason walks on stage. Audience applauds.)

Jackie: "Ladies and gentlemen, Art Carney."

(The audience applauds as Art comes on stage and shakes Gleason's hand.)

Jackie: "Good night everyone."

(Audience cheers.)
