The so-called animosity between the late Bea Arthur and Betty White.(Which I sincerely doubt, but who knows?)Questions:But how about the rest of the girls?1)Was there any animosity between the late Bea Arthur and the late Estelle Getty ?2)Between the late Bea Arthur and the late Rue McClanahan ?(I suppose not) 3)Between the late Rue McClanahan and the late Estelle Getty?4)Between Betty White and the late Rue McClanahan?(I doubt it),and 5)Between Betty White and the late Estelle Getty?(again,I doubt it)And if there was animosity, did it carry on over into "The Golden Palace"?

We shall never truly know I suppose. I think Rue has been the most open about the relationships. When you read her book and watch the interview on youtube from TVLegends, you'll get a pretty good picture.

No one knows and at this point and it really shouldn't matter anymore. We really can't tell all that much from any interview. In some interviews they speak glowingly and in others they may not so it is best left unanswered. I prefer to think they simply had a strong working relationship. What their personal relationships were doesn't really matter.
