The above story is stating that the UCLA Film and Television Archive has restored Gleason's earliest sketches. Not sure which sketches they are referring to, however they mention "Jelly Beans" which they state has never before been seen. This would lead one to think this might be a Pert Kelton sketch.

There is no mention of titles or if these are indeed early Kelton or later Meadows sketches, I guess we'll have to wait & see...

In the thread I started about this I posted the schedule, found it on UCLA's website. They're showing "The Next Champ" from 4/10/1954, "Jellybeans" from 11/8/1952, and "The Cold" from 11/1/1952.

UCLA holds the scripts to many still-lost Pert Kelton skits, but I have not been able to get a reply back about information on the shows. I will try again soon, perhaps my email was lost in the shuffle?
