Toni Braxton has filed for bankruptcy again -- claiming she owes somewhere between $10 million and $50 million in unpaid debts all over the country ... including DMVs in TWO different states.

Braxton -- who sold more than 40 million albums in her career -- just filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in California ... and in the docs, the singer claims she's only worth somewhere between $1 mil and $10 mil ... but she could have up to $50 mil in debts.

Yeah that's sad she's having financial problems. I like that dress she got on in that picture. Seeing her looking sexy in that picture makes me wanna have sex with her hahahahahahahaha. She needs to do a lot of albums and a lot of concerts to pay for all the money she owes hahahahahahahahahahaha. She obviously knows nothing about saving money and spending money wisely. I can't say i'm surprised because a lot of black celebrities have financial problems because they're big spenders. A lot of them grew up poor in the ghetto and have never had nice things before. So when they get a lot of money, they don't know how to act. They buy a lot of expensive things and try to live beyond their means to impress people and that's sad. Ronald Isley of the Isley Brothers got outta prison 4 years ago for tax evasion. Marvin Gaye owed the IRS before he died. Former boxers Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Riddick Bowe are broke. That's so pathetic. Michael Jackson died broke.
