I stayed pretty quiet when you played Barb and took several weeks to send her a tape she ordered from you. However, now you have apparently taken advantage of someone I know who is not registered on this board, and she has asked me to pass this along:

I am very upset that you sent me less than half of what I ordered and paid for, and also sent the wrong episodes, and I am about to post at a couple of boards to warn people about you, but my mother told me to give you one more chance to contact us and make this right before we take action. You have 24 hours to get back with me and let me know you are sending the tapes I ordered and that my mother paid for before we post the details of this transaction. You have one week to get the correct tapes to us. None of us care that you might have to work both over Christmas and during your move to accomplish this. You have already had one week's notice that something is wrong and a couple of weeks before this to make the correct tapes. You knew we were nervous after what happened when Barb tried to order from you before, so there is no excuse that this transaction has also mysteriously gone wrong. Please take care of this now.

I will also post this on some boards to make sure you get the message. We wouldn't want you to "accidentally" miss it.

I'm very sorry both of your friends got took by One Bullet. I don't think he hardly posts anymore. May I give your friend a little piece of advice? My advice is to keep emailing this guy. I'm not talking one or two emails, I'm talking so many that it bombards his mailbox. It will take him a lot of time to delete the emails, and he is bound to look at them. Everyone has their tapes from me. Your friend Barb got her tape, it was late, but I explained that months ago. Their would have been no trouble with that, but she seems to be a little 90210 bimbo who couldn't understand anything. Your mother paid for 8 tapes of TAGS. I sent the 8 Tapes in a week. Their were 3 tapes the first time, and 5 tapes the second time. Take all the action you want, you got your tapes, and VERY CHEAP at that. It come out to about 40 cents per episode. If TAGS is not worth 40 cents an episode, then don't bother me about getting them for you, guaranteed you will not find all of them anywhere else. If anyone wants my reference list, just ask through e'mail and I'll send it to you. This complainer ordered 8 tapes and got the 8 tapes in 7-10 days. Nothing was wrong, and the people who replied to this that have not dealt with me can mind their own business, I have NEVER took anyone, and you so called "online buddies" gang up and type posts that are untrue. If you don't think these people have their tapes, then E:mail them, and ask, they have them. If someone expects to get a package in 3-4 days, and does not, then they go and post all this ridiculous **** on here. I told this person their tapes would come in 7-10 days, which THEY DID. I noticed these ridiculous posts were posted only two days after I mailed, so they didn't have their tapes yet, maybe you can grow up and get some patience. If you were scared to get tapes from me, then you should have never asked, that goes to prove you want find them anywhere else, you were scared, and still got them from me because you cant find them anywhere else (good luck seeing them all on t.v.). This person was scared because a family member of hers ordered a tape way back in late August or early September. The tape was late because I was visiting my father, and I would not get back on an airplane to come home for a couple weeks after the 9-11. I was actually at my fathers house on 9-11, and I did not come home as planned to mail tapes, etc, until later becasue I was not getting on an airplane until I thought it was safe.. That is REALLY being scared, and if your family member Barb does not understand that, then tough luck, this isn't her world, and evertything does not evolve around her. She got her tape a long time ago , and just because she had to wait a couple weeks for circumstances beyond my control, that is no reason to get uptight. If I could have controlled the circumstances , then it would be different, but EVERYONE has their tapes from me, and if you don't believe it, just e;mail them ask them. Oh, by the way, I have not used the i.d. "one bullet" in about 5-6 months because someone on ebay and yahoo already has that name, so I picked something that I can use for all of the sites I visit.

You are simply a bad risk. Is not enough to send tapes, it is not enough to even sent the "right number of tapes." In both situations, you PROMISED to send tapes by a certain date... and you DID NOT. In the second instance, you:

1. Did not send them on the date you promised
2. did not let the girl know you had broken the order into two shipments, sent several days apart
3. NEVER RESPONDED to her emails to you
4. Promised 16 episodes per tape and sent 13 or 14 so the "right number of tapes" does NOT equal the promised number of episodes
5. Promised to send the episodes in sequential order beginning with the Manhunt, had the girl TYPE OUT ALL THE EPISODES in the order she wanted them, and then sent a mismatch of episodes all mixed up, fewer than she requested and with some other episodes stuck in she already had.

YOU DID NOT MEET THE TERMS OF THE DEAL AS YOU SET IT OUT IN YOUR EMAILS TO HER. You delayed shipment, you did not communicate anything about the delay, you mixed color with b&w even though she asked you before she ordered if you could sent the episodes in order, and worst of all, you shorted her quite a few episodes. This is bad business. Just sending tapes is not enough, Dewayne. You ripped her off even though she now possesses 8 tapes; they are not what she ordered.

And, to insult Barb after what you put her through is true to your normal name-calling form, but since she is right up there with the President and all Republicans, whom you have also insulted, well, I guess she is in fine company. You are a con man, a bitter person, and you don't keep your word or tell the full truth, and I would recommend people NOT to business with you. Why don't you change your ways and go out and BE somebody?

Agreed. It is weird that he does a few post on one name and then after a few he changes over. Just look at the S and S board, the guy has had numerous name changes.

Did you file some kind of mail fraud on this guy? If a bunch of people file cases on this guy, it will knock his little scam out of the water.
