I was surprised to see that because the third season barely got announced a few days ago. I mean that was fast. But, this could change to.

A few days ago I was trying to predict what months each season will be out if they keep releasing a season every 4 months.

November: 3rd Season
March: 4th Season
July: 5th Season
November: 6th Season


I started with the 3rd season and worked from there and it looks like I might be right about the first one.

It's nice that the wait time between seasons is getting shorter! I hope CBS/Paramount is able to maintain this schedule.

Normally, I would be skeptical but coming from CBS/Paramount's Facebook page, I have confidence in this early news.

I'm very happy to see them move forward so quickly. Many of us will be done watching Season 3 and wanting more episodes by then. :)

Wow! I cannot BELIEVE this announcement! I really didn't think we'd hear anything about season 4 and beyond for awhile. There's been so much speculation about seasons 4-6, the non-Viv years, some saying we would never see them. This is great news for me!

A great bonus feature for the 4th season would be Lucy's guest appearance on "The Steve Lawrence Show" which aired the same night that "Lucy At Marineland" did. This is the appearance where she shows outtakes of her in the dolphin tank. Even though the Lawrence Show did not last long, I think Lucy's guest appearance is great!

I'm very happy about the amazingly quick release of season four early next year however I hope they still continue to take the care and the time to create a really first class release with extras appropriate to that season. The last thing we need is a rush job especially after the releases so far of "the Lucy Show' have been so excellent. I'd rather wait a longer period to ensure a first class release of the seasons is created.

This is great news to hear, I have pre-ordered the 3rd season.

Season 4 did have some clunkers but it also has one of my favorites, "Lucy in the Music World" aka the Wing-Ding episode. It's a great campy '60s artifact.

Yes, indeed! That is a post-Viv classic :D

As long as the Viv episodes are on DVD, that's all I really care about. While there are some good Mr. Mooney episodes, post-Viv, there are too many (in my opinion) that either sucked, or just didn't hold my interest.

I just hope they don't only get released through that company.I'm hoping it will get released down here if not I'll get them from sites like DVD Planet/Empire.
