Has "Chuck" finally come to the end of living on the bubble after pulling in the lowest-rated non-Friday scripted show performance on NBC last week. That's the question posed by TVbytheNumbers.com

"Unless it can move up in the coming weeks, it’s finally headed for cancellation," the story says. Other shows in similar shape to "Chuck" are "Undercovers" and "Community," although the rest of NBC's scripted lineup looks to be out of danger from cancellation, the article notes.

...started out the same way after its initial episode at this same time, last year. The sad truth is, like "HEROES", "CHUCK" has finally worn out his welcome with viewers (except his most fervent fans, but they're not enough to keep it on much longer). I knew "HEROES" wasn't going to be renewed for another season....and the same fate awaits "CHUCK". The only question remains....how long before "the plug is pulled"?

I just hope it's not cancelled without the show having a proper ending. On the other hand, Chuck is on NBC and most of their shows are flops so at least maybe Chuck can last until the end of the season.

the first two eps of this season weren't all that great, but it is still a good show - they probably need to get some better guest stars again and get the stars out there promoting the crap out of it.

but I will be happy if they at least get to finish out the season.
