I've been going crazy trying to remember this UM case from the NBC days. I haven't seen the story in about 15 years, or so. It took place in Florida, I think. It involved the victim's car being left at an airport there, with the suspect boarding a plane to London-Heathrow Airport. The suspect was a male with a cheap black stringy wig on. The victim was either found dead, or is still missing. There was also a woman suspect, too. She robbed/conned the victim. That's all I can remember. Thank you guys sooooo much for helping :)

That sounds like the Beverly McGowan case. You can watch it online.

The case you are referring to is Beverly McGowan. Unfortunately, she was found murdered. Her alleged killer was a woman named Elaine Parent, who committed suicide when she was finally tracked down by authorities. As far as the suspect with the stringy hair, no one knows for sure if it really was a male or if it was Elaine Parent trying to look like Beverly. It is quite an interesting case and on almost every forum's list of spookiest segment or composite drawing of the stringy haired suspect. I would suggest a search of the entire UM Forum and you will find everything you want to know.

Someone with Beverly's last name, no doubt family, posted back in 2007 saying that he knew Beverly, and the stringy-haired creep and Elaine Parent were one and the same, despite forum debate to the contrary. Take that for what it's worth. There was an accomplice but it may not have been the creepy composite guy.
