I didn't get a chance to see the documentary when it did come on. It was supposed to come on last month on a Saturday because i looked at VH1's website to see when it was coming on again and it didn't come on the day it was supposed to come on because Prince's Purple Rain movie came on. I was upset about that. I loved Soul Train and Don Corneileus was a very good host. I really appreciate what he did for black music artists because he gave them a chance to be on the show when they weren't getting exposure on other tv shows like American Bandstand. The only black artists that got on American Bandstand were the ones who were popular. A lot of underrated black artists were on Soul Train.
