Usually,Samantha and Uncle Arthur got along great. But was there any OTHER episode besides the fourth season color episode with Dick York as Darrin called "Samantha's French Pastry"where Uncle Arthur conjured up Napoleon(the late Henry Gibson)where Samantha got mad at Uncle Arthur?

If you don't count isolated moments of frustration or irritation with Uncle Arthur's shenanigans (which was EVERY Uncle A. episode) there were only a couple of times that I remember....
....in "Endora Moves In for a Spell" in Season 3, Sam gets very angry with both Arthur and Endora and demands they either make up or stay away because their quarrel was disrupting the whole house/family...
...in "The No-Harm Charm" in Season 4, Sam is angry with Arthur because his psychological "trick" of giving Darrin a worthless charm actually puts Darrin in the way of great potential physical harm.
It's hard to believe that out of 254 episodes that Uncle Arthur was only in 10 of them! I would have estimated it to be quite a bit higher than that. Of course, we can't count "Driving is the Only Way to Fly" from Season 1 because Paul Lynde was playing a mortal driving instructor, not Uncle Arthur!:)

It seems at the end of every Uncle Arthur episode, Arthur would do or say something to make Samantha laugh. When Darrin glares at her, she suppresses it, then looks at Uncle Arthur again and they both break out laughing uncontrollably.

I always felt Samantha and Uncle Arthur were more like brother and sister than uncle and niece! I always felt that Arthur liked the Dick York Darrin more than the Dick Sargent Darrin too and on a number of occasions even tried to help Darrin in his battle with Endora. He and Darrin also shared alot of the laughs in the memorable season three Halloween episode when Arthur was sending Endora up during her reading. I always thought that Elizabeth and Paul Lynde looked really attractive together as well, in the same way Elizabeth always did with Dick York.

Remember in Season 5, "Samantha Loses Her Voice", Uncle Arthur caused Sam's and Darrin's voices to switch?? Both Sam and especially Darrin were understandably mad at him, especially since they were trying to help the Tates resolve an argument.

That probably had a lot to do with the fact that Liz and Paul got along so well off-camera as well and shared a lot of laughs. In the book Bewitched Forever, one day the two were filming a scene and kept cracking up at some line/joke. They couldn't stop, so finally Bill Asher gave up and declared an early lunch.
