I've been catching up with 'Smallville' by watching the DVDs. I just finished season 3. Anyway, in an early season (2, I believe?) Lex's brother shows up. Then in season 3, it says Julian is dead. I don't remember the brother dieing. Am I wrong? Or did Lex have another brother beside Julian?
