I was watching a couple videos over at youtube recently and there are a couple clips that have been bugging me about what episodes they come from.

1.) In this clip, Jeannie is lying on the sofa with a cold pack on her forehead, Tony is on the other side, and Roger is behind it with a cup and saucer and they are in a corridor at the base. I'm guessing that Jeannie must have blinked them all there accidently. And then when Roger and Tony notice where they are, they quickly try and pull the couch away from where they could be noticed.

2.) Jeannie is at a closet, dressed in her harlem outfit, as well as a raincoat and hat. Tony comes over, says something to her and she blinks, changing her outfit into a yellow dress, the rain hat still on her head. Also, she seems to be intoxicated.

Both scenes are from the same episode, "Jeannie and the Curious Kid". In it, Jeannie gets "poured" from her bottle into a sherry bottle by the 'curious kid', in this case Amanda's nephew, Melvin. Naturally, the sherry bottle is not completely empty, though they never show any liquid in it. Jeannie must have gotten drunk on the fumes alone at her diminuitive size ;)

Once she blinks out of it, when Tony and Roger are trying to get her and her bottle back (Melvin had taken it because he suspected there was a magic lady in it) that's when we get to the scene of her being in her harem outfit in the Bellows' front hall closet.

The next scene is from the end of the show, and Jeannie's got a hangover, thus why her blink is off, taking herself and the couch with her initial teleport blink of just Tony and Roger.

Of course, the really silly thing is that it's the beginning of the day at NASA, and only Melvin sees the three of them on the couch in the hallway. Where are all the other people of NASA at 8am? ;)

Sorry for the delayed reply. I read this not long ago at work.

THANKS *so* much, djinnitaur! ;)

I kinda recognized the clips, but the eps had escaped me. Ironic (if that's the right word, lol) that they are from the same episode. :) Haven't seen that one in a while.

Thanks, again. :D

You're welcome! And don't worry about when you got to this; slower reply times during the work-week are understandable ;)

I tend to remember the sillier episodes, like this one, possibly because the ending is what I call "an unresolved ending". That is, something more could (and probably should) happen with Jeannie and everyone else. The ending isn't satisfactorily resolved, or taken to a point whee no obvious trouble can continue to occur ;)

Yes, the ending to the episode was funny/cute and it was okay that it ended like that. But sometimes, to me, anyway, "unresolved" can get annoying. Whether it's a tv show, movie, book, comic book, etc.

And you're like, "Wait a minute...it's not supposed to end like that!", or something in that area.
