Did anyone read or hear about this story?a 64-year old Florida(I think it was)man fell and paramedics came. But wait-there's more. Then the police busted in,and while he was asked by the police if he was okay, and if he needed to go to the hospital, and he refused to go to the hospital, and for some reason(No,he was NOT on drugs, did not do anything illegal),the cops arrested him, handcuffed him(for doing,as I said, nothing),and tazered him IN HIS OWN HOME-not once, not twice, but THREE times. The man is still alive, and is suing the police, who claimed they did nothing wrong. What are your thoughts about this?

i've seen the video and it was pretty horrible to watch,
- the police basically told the man that he HAD to go with them to the hospital for observation and that because he had said that he was "in so much pain he felt like there was a gun to his head" and he was refusing to go with him that they had no choice but to arrest him (still don't understand for what) and that because he wouldn't go willingly he was being arrested for resisting arrest
...sounds like circular reasoning to me, bu the bottom line is it was completely unnecessary and downright cruel to tazer someone that age even ONCE.
yeah i also heard the news as well as watched the video and that all was quiet radicullous
