I decided a while ago that it would be nice to see a MTM story challenge (or fanfic challenge) thread and, thanks to Kristen, I have been given permission to do so. ;)

Ironically, an idea hit me earlier as I was trying to figure out how to start this thread! (lol)

What if it wasn't Mr. Grant that was to be fired in, The 45-Year-Old Man from Season One, but someone else? Like, oh... Mary?
