Hey, I was just wondering. What do you think is going to happen with I Love Lucy? I read in this thread http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showthread.php?t=271162 that the Halmark Channel is changing it's name to the lifestyle network in September and it's going to air Martha Stewart from 10AM - 6PM? Is this true?

What do you think will happen to Lucy? Do you think she'll just go byebye or do you think another station may pic her up? Well at least if the ever do take Lucy off the air for good we still have the DVD's. Please let me know what you think of this. Thanks.

If Hallmark drops IIL then I'm sure some other statiion will pick it up because it's still too popular to keep off the air and not everyone can afford the DVD's so it would be crazy for it to be off the air altogether.

My guess is it's probably at least gonna stay on weekend mornings. I'm guessing maybe that's why Hallmark added so many weekend slots. Personally, I'll take weekends only over no Lucy at all.
