1)Darrin actually APPROVING of Samantha using witchcraft(This happened A LOT in the Dick York episodes-Question:Did it happen during the Dick Sargent episodes? Yes or no,please 2)Samantha,Darrin AND the person conjured up mad at the person who did the conjuring(case in point:In the Dick York episode where Uncle Arthur zapping up Napoleon,Darrin,Samantha AND Napoleon were all angry at Uncle Arthur) 3- Endora getting Darrin's name right. 5)Darrin and ANY of Samantha's relatives(in the Dick York years,he worked together with Endora,Aunt Clara,and reluctantly Serena)working together. 6)Samantha calling Dr.Bombay a quack.She did,in "There's Gold in them thar Pills"To Darrin(Dick York)she asked "You Got them(the pills used to cure Darrin and Larry's colds)from that quack?" 7)Maurice teaching Darrin(Dick Sargent,this time)about witchcraft.

Yup - for once they were both upset at Samantha. Except in Darrin's case, I think he was more hurt than angry.

In season two when Tabitha is born, Endora and Darrin hugged and were civil towards each other. It only lasted two minutes.

Yeah, that was when Darrin presented Maurice with a bottle of fine vintage wine.

And #16-In one of the funniest black and white episodes from season 2,(and yes,there WAS a marathon of "Bewitched"this morning from 8/7 AM Central-2/1 PM.Central on TVLand this morning,and they started with the episode I'm referring to in this post),Endora and Samantha both surprised at Darrin(Dick York)when he agrees on "Tabitha",for the baby's name.

17-And finally,at the end of "The Moment of Truth",when Darrin(Dick York)learns about Tabitha bering a witch ,he says,while kisssing Samantha,when she asks him if he minds,he says,"It doesn't make a bit of it difference.It's fun having one witch in the family,it'll be even more fun with two!"

It was a "Tabitha" marathon! All the episodes were about her! :cool:

Oh,I forgot one more:In one of the latter episodes with Dick Sargent as Darrin this time,Samantha reciting a chant to summon Endora.Endora,after Samantha recites the chant,in the middle of the chant,Endora appears and says"Why,dear,you don't have to do that.I'm here."This is something you rarely see-if ever,-because Samantha usually says "MOTHER!!!!".

And,in the Dick York as Darrin black and white episode "Just One Big Happy Family",which aired this morning on TVLand(It would be nice to see the black and white episodes on WGN America,they don't know what they're missing),Endora(!)actually stuck up for Darrin.And in the same episode,Samantha (!)also threatened to banish Maurice from their lives forever.They (Darrin,Maurice and Endora ,and Samantha)all happily made up at the end of the episode.

And in the second one they aired on TV Land this morning,the black and white first season episode "It Takes One To Know One",it was really funny when Samantha changed Darrin(Dick York)into a fish,and then turned him into a goldfish putting him in a goldfish bowl,to save him from the clutches of Sarah Baker.The look on Sarah Baker's face when she realized she was kissing a fish was priceless and funny.Were there any OTHER times when Samantha changed Darrin into another object in order to save him from the clutches of an overly-amorous woman?

During one of the black and white episodes, Samantha used witchcraft in a church! It was during a wedding. I thought that was kind a weird.

And in this morning's TVLand black and white episodes-Samantha,meeting Darrin(Dick York)down at a hotel,with brunette wig,smoking.

And, in that same episode, that mean old Larry Tate punched poor Darrin in the eye! That bruise looked like it hurt! That was something I never thought I would see. :eek:

And in the second season episode with Dick York as Darrin,the black and white episode "Aunt Clara's Old Flame",a great episode,at the first,Aunt Clara(!)says to Endora "Endora,haven't you got a house to haunt or something?"Endora says,"I'm going,I'm going".Then she vanishes.And in the same episode Aunt Clara,after trying unsuccessfully to walk through the brick wall,twice bouncing off it,does successfully.And also in the same episodes,Abner sees what Gladys(Alice Pearce)THINKS she sees.

And,in the second season black and white episode with Dick York as Darrin,with that boy warlock Merle who Samantha and Darrin babysit while her friends,Merle's parents,who are ALSO witches,are out of town,who saves his and Darrin's life when that stupid crook who has tied Merle and Darrin up,messes around with a toy fire engine Merle conjured up out of a hairbrush,-and regrets doing it,the ending,in which Gladys (Alice Pearce),after seeing Merle and his folks say goodbye to Samantha and Darrin,and vanish,is led back to their house by Darrin and Samantha,is also something you do not see a lot ,if at all.

And in the black and white Dick York as Darrin episode from second season about the dancing bear(a good episode),seeing Mrs.Stephens AND Endora BOTH agreeing that Tabitha's toy bear shouldn't be made into toys.Usually they are always arguing.

And in the second season good black and white episode 1966's "Disappearing Samantha",with Dick York as Darrin,Samantha AND Darrin both calling "MOTHER!" (meaning Endora)Question:In any of the episodes with Dick Sargent as Darrin,was there any episode where they both called "MOTHER!"(again,meaning Endora)?.

Larry having the nerve to ask Samantha to entertain clients, even though Darrin was out of town! Why didn't he and Louise host them. :confused::lol:

Also,in the black and white 1966 episode "Disappearing Samantha",Larry and Louise and Samantha and Darrin(Dick York)coming home in Larry and Louise's station wagon.

And,in 1966's black and white episode(a good one,too)"What Every Young Man Should Know",(I think that was the title-the one where Endora turned back time,and made Samantha see if Darrin (Dick York)would have married her if he knew she was a witch),Samantha getting mad at BOTH Darrin and Larry.That's something you rarely-if ever-see.

And in that same episode,BOTH Darrin (Diick York) and Samantha insisting and practically DEMANDING that Endora take them back to the time he proposed to her and found out she was a witch-and ,much against Endora's wishes,fell in love and got married.

OOPS! My mistake.I spelled Dick York with two i's.

And another thing you don't see a lot,was near the end of WGN's episode"Art for Sam's Sake",when Darrin(Dick York) and Mr.Cunningham of Cunningham perfume were haggling over Samantha's painting(which was a real masterpiece Endora conjured up,not Samantha's painting-In the end,he Darrin and Samantha sold the painting(the one SHE painted,not the masterpiece which Endora reluctantly returned it to its original owner,the art gallery-)(and Cunningham sold the perfume account to McMann and Tate)when Samantha said "Would you excuse me?I'm going into the den.Coming,Darrin?"Darrin says,holding painting,"When?" She says:"Now".Usually,HE says that,when he wants to see her-not the other way around.

And near the end of third season's episode with Dick York as Darrin,"Bewitched,Bothered,and Infuriated",there were LOTS of things you thought you'd never see on "Bewitched"-1)Near the end,when Darrin wants to join Larry and Louise on their honeymoon,(again),she says to him sternly "Does a house have to fall on you?" and 2)Darrin,wanting join Larry and Louise on their honeymoon,and Samantha warns him about messing around with time.

And in today's WGN episode "Double,Double,Toil and Trouble",Serena(!)as Samantha,coming on to Larry Tate,and at the end,Darrin (Dick York) planting a kiss on Samantha.Usually,it's the other way around.

And this I thought I'd NEVER see-In the good episode "George the Warlock"(1965-from first season),when Darrin(Dick York)tells Samantha to butt out ,Endora gives Samantha a nasty,mean look,as if to say,"yes,please do".
