Two teenagers who committed murders across three states; are they still eligible for parole in 2020?

Since they were sentenced in 1990 and the murders occurred in 1988, it sounds to me that their parole eligibility is based on sentencing guidelines that were in effect at the time.

yes they will still be eligible for parole in 2020.. they have already been eligible since 2007.. the only way I know this is because I am the son of the Deanna Andrews Woodard.. the first victim... they murdered her a week after my first birthday right in front of me. But they will never get out of Prison.
