Another member of the Brady Family will make an appearance in CBS daytime: EW has learned that Christopher Knight will play a pediatrician who will treat Bridget and Owen’s new baby on The Bold and the Beautiful. Knight, who portrayed Peter Brady in various Brady Bunch projects from 1969 to 1990, will show up on the sudser on Wednesday, Sept. 15.

On July 30, Knight’s longtime costar Susan Olsen tape her first scripted TV appearance in more than 10 years by playing Mrs. Liza Morton, a pre-school owner, for The Young and the Restless. Her episode will air Sept. 1.

Very cool!! This will be Chris Knight's second soap opera, as he appeared in the role of Leigh Hobson on the now-defunct NBC serial Another World back in the early 80s. Trivia: his love interest on the show was played by Jennifer Runyon, who would fill in for Susan Olsen in Brady Christmas several years later.
