I've always wondered why this spin-off didn't work.
I mean it was great seeing Delta back doing what she
did best playing Suzanne. I wish they had given the show
more of a chance then they did.

It was a bad way to make a spin-off. Suzanne hadn't been seen since 1990, and bringing her back 5 years later just wasn't the thing to do. Although some very devoted fans watched it, mose people didn't. I mean, DW hadn't been on for 2 years, and that wasn't talked about anymore then it used to be. Julie Hagerty was very very good on the series, she in fact boosted the show quite a bit, but after a while, Sugarbakers got shutdown in the ratings, and Women Of The House was never seen again, although it ran on a few CBS daytime networks during March of 1996.

I wish it had stayed and more people watched it. I like Delta she's one of my fav's.

SURE AS HELL I WANTED IT TO STAY ON.... PATRICIA WAS IN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and Delta rulz too. :D
