If you could have brought one character from I Love Lucy (same actor playing the same character) to The Lucy Show, which one would it be?

I think it would've been fun to have seen Richard Keith playing an older Little Ricky doing a "couldn't be" double take when he see's Lucy and Viv togther.

What about Desi Arnaz as Ricky Ricardo. Maybe for a play or somthing for Jerry and Shirmans school Lucy could've ironically known Ricky Ricardo and hired him to perform. This would sort of be an I Love Lucy and The Lucy Show crossover.

I'm going to say Lucy Ricardo herself. Could you imagine the comedy mishaps that two Lucys could get into together?

I would have liked Fred Mertz to appear he and Viv could trade barbs.

Mrs. Trumball. She could babysit Sherman and Jerry.

If William and Vivian had not been so antagonistic in real life, perhaps he could have made a guest appearance or two as Ralph Bagley--could you imagine the studio audience's reaction to that?
