I'd say that Gomez wins hands down. For one, he's actually seen winning his case whereas Jackie cases always seem to either lose of never make it to court because his client (Kramer) screws up the case.

Another reason is that Gomez is by far the more entertaining lawyer.

Comparing anything from the Addams Family with Seinfeld is a travesty within itself.
