It looks pretty but I will always associate Mary Tyler Moore/Mary Richards with that ever popular studio in that big white Victorian house in the Twin Cities. :D

That would certainly be a plus to owning that house if you really liked it anyway, what a great conversation starter.
I would think there would be one or two neighbors still living around there who could tell you if she really lived there at one time.

And, no disrespect to the listing agent, and nothing against Sarah Jessica Parker, but Sarah Jessica Parker can't carry Mary Tyler Moore's panties!!!!
