Ty Pennington's contract with ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition ends in spring of 2012. So the host and his management team have been working for a number of months on a daytime format they are getting ready to take out for a Fall 2012 start date. Managers Bill Stankey and Drea Bock are currently exploring other networks besides ABC as well as syndication and cable partnerships with alternative revenue streams being a major component to the show.
