Agnes Moorehead DID win an Emmy for outstanding performance by an actress in a supporting role in a drama for guest starring in which CBS series starring Robert Conrad as James T.West and the late Ross Martin as Artemus Gordon?

The Wild Wild West of course.

I think it was called Heart of Valentine or something like that.

It's too bad she never won at least one Emmy for Endora - that would've been awesome. Same goes for Liz and DY, who were also nominated for Emmys but never won.

...before she became "Endora". Her role of "Emma Valentine" (in "The Night of the Vicious Valentine" [2/10/67]) was more devious and evil than Endora ever was {Emma was a matchmaker who had more than a personal stake in her business by seeing to it her female clients collected their share of their new husbands' fortunes [with kickbacks going towards her] after she arranged their "accidental deaths"}...and Agnes' obvious relish in portraying such a cunning and ruthless woman impressed the Television Academy enough by giving her an Emmy for that performance...but not for "BEWITCHED".
At least she was honored once....

Not only that, but she was nominated for 4 Oscars and lost every time there, too. Each nod was for Best Actress in a Supporting Role:

1943 - The Magnificent Ambersons (lost to Teresa Wright of Mrs. Miniver)
1945 - Mrs. Parkington (lost to Ethel Barrymore of None But the Lonely Heart)
1949 - Johnny Belinda (lost to Claire Trevor of Key Largo)
1965 - Hush, Hush, Sweet Charlotte (lost to Lila Kedrova of Zorba the Greek)

Yes, it IS good that she got at least ONE trophy, due to her WWW guest spot.

Agnes was great in 'Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte'. So un-Endora like. She should have won an Oscar, and her and Liz and Dick should have won at least one Emmy each for 'Bewitched'.

I concur!!! They don't make actors like them anymore. :( Liz also should have won the Emmy for A Case of Rape, but she lost the trophy to Cecily Tyson for The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman.

And Agnes Moorehead should have won an Emmy for her role in Rod Serling's adaptation(a very good one)of "Certain Shadows on the Wall"on "Night Gallery",for her very un-Endora like performance.Remember this?

I didn't see that one, but she also did an awesome job in The Twilight Zone (as did Liz, DY, David White, Alice Pearce, and Sandra Gould in the episodes they were on).
