The MRI results came back OK (no torn ligaments) so I won't need surgery!!! YAY!!! I do need to keep the brace on and leg straight for another 3 weeks and then go right on to physical therapy. That is GREAT NEWS Monika. I'm really happy for you. Just take it easy and do what the doc says and before you know it you'll be your old self. Pop a coupla Bewitched or Barney Miller eps - and just be good to yourself for now. You know your buds here are rooting for you!

Thank you so much, everyone, for your prayers and support. They have really helped me. I won't be driving for another month at the very earliest, but truth be told, I'm not exactly eager to get back behind the wheel any time soon. The Lord was indeed merciful to me. For that I am truly grateful. :)
