Charlie Sheen Avoids Jail, Sentenced to 30 Days in Rehab

Charlie Sheen won't be going to prison.

After pleading guilty to third-degree domestic violence, he was sentenced Monday to 30 days in rehab, The Associated Press reports.



The news seemed to suit Sheen just fine; as he exited the courthouse, he told TMZ, "I'm going to Disneyland!"






In his official statement, Sheen said:

"I'm very grateful to the court and to the people of Pitkin County. I look forward to complying with the court's decision, getting on with my life and putting this behind me."
