I remember how, in the first season, Ross was in complete denial about the fact that Rachel made him drool! In one particular episode Chandler pointed out that it was clear that he wanted her. Ross, trying not to expose how he really felt asked him who it was clear that he wanted. Chandler, in no mood for games, said "Dee, the sarcastic sister from 'What's Happening'"! I looked at that as very creative Generation X humor! In any event, I noticed that my last attempt to stimulate some conversation about this fine series has thirty-one views and zero replies. I have decided to commemorate this reality by pointing out that thirty-one years ago, the last episode of "What's Happening!!" was shown. I realize that I have already used this title for another thread somewhere on this site. I just do not remember which show's page it was on. It really does not matter because I am sure that, by now it has already been pushed down the page to a depth that nobody visits anyway!

Chandler really wanted Joey. At least that's the subject of the fanfic I remember overhearing. Maybe the spinoff would've gone somewhere if Matthew Perry had been involved. They coulda called it Friends With Benefits. :happyface
