The last time the whole cast may have all been together before Dana & Gary died was when Conrad & Monica Bain celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary in 1995.

With just the date of their anniversary to go on, it's speculation that there was a party held at all. Former cast members attending is on another plane of speculation altogether.
