I have since received an e-mail from him that was filled with sexual
harassment, profanities, insults and name calling. I won't post it

As far as his claims go, he changed his website around drastically.
The rules and such he claimed I agreed by did not exist when I
conducted the trade with him. I would have never entered into a trade
with him if his website was like that when I discussed trading with
him. As far as his assertion that I did not inform him that some of
the stuff I sent him was missing a few minutes here and there, well
that is false. He wanted to trade/sell to me many times after our
trade, which indicates he was satisified with our intial trade. I have
saved all of my e-mail communication, and can forward any and all e-
mails to anyone who wants to see them.
