Does weather have to do anything about a persons mood? Here in Alaska when we do get sunny weather it is hot,but when it's raining cold, and snowing I feel low down,depressed. I don't like to take meds any more for depression but,this rain enough already... Last yr it was hot and muggy all summer,but like I said in the other post hopefully Aug will be nicer. But,u never know about Alaskaweather.

After this HOT spell I cant wait for Fall. It just came to me that unless you live close to a beach the hot summer isnt much fun!!!!

I definately get down more when it's muggy and hot. You can't really do anything. I don't feel as bad when it's cold though.

You got that right. It's been muggy here for over a month. There's no end in sight. August hasn't even started yet.

Try living in Cleveland...it's always miserable since we can't tell what the hell the weather is!

I HATE the heat and it makes me irritable and cranky never mind physically uncomfortable. So yes bad weather does affect my mood. And on the other side, October weather lifts my spirit's to the sky. I LOVE FALL. It's my favorite season.
