I was watching good times yesterday, it was the episode when JJ and his friends bought that car from Bookman and his brother in law.

Goofs:
1. Did JJ and his friends have a driver's license and when did JJ learn how to drive a car, he always rode the bus:lol:
2. Were the tags/plates placed on the car to drive:lol:
3. Whose name was the car title put in from out of the 4 friends with no driver's license:lol:
4. Did Thelma have a driver's license or when did she learn how to drive a car when she asked JJ to borrow the car:lol:
5. I guess when you live in the ghetto, you don't care you just roll with the punches until you go to jail from breaking the law :crazy: :crazy: :crazy:

I wondered myself how and when JJ and Thelma would've gotten driver's licenses. They always took the bus or walked. I don't think I heard either of them mention driving again after that ep.

In season four in the two part episode where J.J. takes a job with his old high school buddies running numbers, in part one he is at an employment agency looking for work and I forget what question the lady asks, but J.J. responds with "I got a drivers license". I am assuming they all had drivers license but couldnt afford to buy a car.

And, when JJ worked at the chicken place, then at the rib joint, he did mention driving their delivery trucks on a few episodes.
